You can achieve your sales goals with our FREE handy sale prediction tool.

So it’s 2025, and we are all looking at what we want to achieve in the year. If you’re looking at your sales targets help yourself to our sales prediction tool. This tool is part of our business improvement process: THE WAY.

This tool helps you predict your total sales for the year or the amount of new work you can generate based on your marketing activity.

You can use it two ways: enter your marketing activity and see what results you will achieve, or you can decide what results you want and work out what action you need to take to achieve it.

You can also explore ‘what if’ scenarios – asking questions like ‘What will the additional sales I achieve if I increase my conversion rate?’ or ‘what does my average customer spend need to be?

So how do you use it?

There are four copper boxes that you need to enter your business information into. From just those four boxes, your sales for the year or new work won will be predicted. The four boxes are

1) Number of leads

This is simple: enter the number of leads you plan to receive each month.

2) Prospect Conversion Percentage

A lead is an initial enquiry; perhaps they completed a form on your website, maybe they called you, or you got their details from a lead generation platform. Leads are not always seriously interested in buying your service right now or ever. Once you’ve qualified them and taken them further, maybe you spoke to them or met them, they move to be a prospect. Your prospect conversion percentage is the average number of leads that become prospects. You should be able to work this out from your CRM system.

3) Customer Conversion Percentage

This is the percentage of prospects that end up being customers and buying from you. You should be able to obtain your historic customer conversion percentage from your CRM system.

4) Average Customer Spend

This is the average amount each customer spends with you in a year. To calculate, just divide your previous total sales by the number of active customers.

Once you’ve entered all of the above information into the tool, it will tell you how much new work you can expect to win each month.
